Better Safety Features

The Exoset clamp includes a prominently placed maximum W.L.L. indicator in the hoisting eye and grip, allowing users to easily identify the maximum weight capacity. Additionally, the clamp features a special coating on the cam segment and pivot, acting as a wear indicator. When 50% of the coating wears off, the parts need replacement, significantly enhancing workplace safety.

Easier handling

Designed for user convenience, the Exoset clamp boasts an ergonomic grip for better handling while attaching the clamp to the plate. The latch design has been improved and enlarged for easier opening and closing. Constructed with robust, lightweight Naxtra steel and welded bodies, these clamps are built to last.

Versatile Vertical transport of plates - universal

• Suitable for lifting, turning (180°), moving and vertical transfer of sheet, plates and constructions.
• Plates can also be turned from horizontal to vertical and down to horizontal (180°) as needed.
• Fitted with a locking device for both open- and closed positions, which ensures complete safety.
• The hinged hoisting eye allows for the clamp to place and lift the load from any direction, or with a multiple leg sling without side loading the clamp.

The Exoset hoisting eye shaft features two flat sides for better friction distribution, preventing body indentations and distributing force more evenly. This design reduces wear and prolongs the service life of the Exoset lifting clamp.

Service and Repair

There is a Service and Repair manual available for every Exoset Safety Lifting clamp. The manual provides clear instructions about how to inspect, maintain and test Exoset clamps. With the use of illustrations we explain how to assemble and disassemble Exoset clamps. We provide a table with the allowed tolerances for all parts and instructions regarding when to replace a part.
